In his career, Jeroen has held significant positions at Schindler, Knauf, and Robert Bosch. As a Managing Director in these high-stakes environments, he has successfully led multi-functional and multicultural teams, managed strategic transformations, and enhanced both customer and employee satisfaction. His ability to align commercial goals with operational excellence has driven sustainable business development and significantly improved revenue and EBIT levels in highly competitive markets.
